Clinic settings, branding & practice setup (admins)
The one-time (and occasional) setup that makes everything else work. Four areas: your identity, your services, your people-structure, and your booking widget.
Company settings — your clinic's identity
Administration → Settings → Company Settings:
- Clinic name, contact details, address.
- Your logo — upload it once and it appears everywhere patients see you: emails, generated PDFs (consents, referrals), and the booking widget. A clinic without a logo looks unfinished in every email it sends — do this early.
Also under Settings, for each user personally: My Photo (your avatar) and My Timezone (what timezone times display in for you).
Treatments — the services you sell
Practice → Treatments. Every bookable service is a treatment:
- Name (patients see it), duration (decides slot length), price.
- Mode: in-clinic, online (video), or both — this powers video consultations.
Then assign treatments to the doctors who perform them (Practice → Doctors) — a doctor can only be booked for treatments they're assigned.
The rest of Practice
- Doctors — each doctor's profile, treatments, and schedule.
- Departments — group doctors (Physio, Dental…) for organisation.
- Insurances — the insurance providers you accept, selectable on patient records.
- Patient Metrics — the health measurements your clinic tracks (guide).
- Clinics (Setup) — your location(s) and their details.
Booking widget
Two Settings sections — Booking Widget Appearance (colors, style) and Booking Widget Form Fields (what the form asks) — covered fully in the booking widget guide.
Modules — why a menu item might be missing
Features come in modules (billing, referrals, consent forms, conversations, UTM tracker…), switched on per clinic at platform level. If these docs describe something your menu doesn't show, the module isn't enabled for your clinic — contact MedicalSuite.
Common questions
We raised our prices — where? Practice → Treatments → edit price. New bookings/invoices use the new price.
New doctor joined. Create their user with the doctor role → assign treatments → set weekly schedule → (their move) connect Google Calendar. Bookable in ten minutes.
Logo looks blurry in emails. Upload a sharper version — a clean PNG at decent size works best.
