Menu items appear based on your role and which modules your clinic has switched on. Doctors see a shorter, personal menu (see Doctor Portal). If something from these docs is missing from your menu, ask your administrator.
Working with lists
Almost every page in the portal is a list — enquiries, patients, invoices, users. They all behave the same way.
Column headings stay put. Scroll a long list and the headings remain visible at the top of the table, so you always know which column you're looking at.
You choose how many rows to show. Underneath each list is a Rows box. Pick 10, 25, 50 or 100. Fewer rows means less scrolling; more rows means fewer pages to click through. Changing it takes you back to page 1.
Beside it you'll see which rows you're viewing — "1–25 of 213" — and the page buttons.
If you find yourself paging a lot, use the Filters on the page to narrow the list rather than raising the row count. Filtering finds what you need faster than scrolling.
