UTM Tracker — know which ads bring patients
The question it answers: "We spend on Google ads, Instagram, and printed flyers — which of them actually brings patients?" The UTM Tracker gives each campaign its own short link; every click is counted, and — the important part — when a click later becomes an enquiry or booking, it's credited back to the campaign. You see cost → clicks → patients, not just clicks.

Creating a tracked link
- Open UTM Tracker → New Link.
- Enter the destination — where the visitor should land (usually your website or booking page).
- Pick a short slug — the link becomes something like
yourwebsite.com/r/your-clinic/summer-promo. - Fill the campaign labels — source (google, instagram, flyer), medium (cpc, social, print), campaign name — plus any custom parameters you want to carry.
- Save, hit Copy short link, and paste it into the ad / bio / flyer.
Flyers and posters: turn the short link into a QR code — scans are clicks, so even print becomes measurable.
Power tools
- Bulk add — creating links for ten ad variations? Add them in one go.
- Duplicate variants — clone an existing link with small changes, perfect for A/B testing two headlines with everything else identical.
Reading the numbers
Each link shows Clicks and Unique Visitors, over time. But the money question is attribution: which links produced enquiries and bookings. That's the column that decides next month's ad budget — a campaign with 1,000 clicks and 0 enquiries is expensive noise; 80 clicks and 12 enquiries is a winner.
Visitors who arrive with UTM tags from elsewhere (e.g. an ad platform's own tags) are captured on form submissions too, so outside campaigns are also visible.
Common questions
Someone clicked in January and booked in March — still counted? The visitor's campaign is remembered from their click, so later conversions still credit the campaign.
Can I change where an existing link points? Edit the link's destination — the short link itself stays the same, so printed QR codes keep working.
UTM Tracker missing from the menu? Module is enabled per clinic — ask your administrator.
